A reusable prompt is easier to discuss when readers can see how you decide whether it worked. Share one prompt and a small set of acceptance checks for its intended task.

Use this format:

• Purpose: The task and intended user.
• Inputs: Required fields and a sanitized example.
• Prompt: The complete instructions with variables marked.
• Expected output: Format, required content, and scope.
• Checks: Specific conditions that pass or fail.
• Failure example: An output that needs review and why.

If you have tested it, include the model, settings, inputs, and observed results. If you are sharing a first draft, label it as a proposal.
