 | Do you think that if you can document Knowledge electronically, then this would form a perfect knowledge base for a chatbot?
By documenting Knowledge, (a tricky and controversial subject) I mean the ability to map process and purpose in the same dimension.
Please view the attached link. This website claims that the fundamental code of knowledge is the contextual relationship between actions in terms of HOW & WHY.
(the link is some example "knowledge". It can be broken down into any level of complexity.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this subject.
