I read a few months ago about a team in Sweden doing research on how to transmit knowledge to other generations, in the eventuality we couldn't directly teach them any language. Some sort of post-Apocalyptic remedy.
Does anyone know anything about it? I've been writing a few mails to many sbjects, but none had an answer.

There was similar research done in US. They were trying to find how to mark nuclear waste tombs so that whoever finds it a thousand years later would understand "do not mess with this" message.

Sorry, I have no link for you, though.

I also do not have a link for you to locate the research to which you refer. But I would like to mention an analogous research topic would be the various efforts to date to devise easily deciphered messages directed toward extra-terrestrial intelligence. In specific, consider the work of Carl Sagan and Frank Drake, especially the plaque on the Pioneer 10 and 11 spacecraft, the record placed on the side of the two Voyager spacecraft, and the digital pictorial message broadcast with the Arecibo radio-telescope.
