Hi All,
I would like to share with you an idea which is depending on chatbot.Actually I am planning to work on a project which basically depending on chatbot .This project is to answer citizen questions about government eServices. So instead of going to such government entity and ask government employees, just ask this chatbot and it will answer you. From your point of view, what are the advantages and disadvantages of this project. Your participation is appreciated.

Regards

In that case, I guess your average gouvernment will feel the same about placing that order - and frankly, you cannot blame them.

I think yaki means you will have to create your own list of advantages/drawbacks - he seems less than inclined to do so.

Frankly, the advantages would seem easy to pull out of thin air, the disadvantages maybe not so easy to fathom - since it could also have legal implications, should the information given be wrong, or interpreted incorrectly.

So basically, it would be pretty shallow information, and as soon as things get iffy, the bot would have to refer to a Real Person.

Unfortunately, your average website already does the same.

I suggest you draw your own conclusions.
