it's said that GA generate it's population randomly,
is it "permitted" or "natural" to using a simple algorithm to generate some of it's population so that it's have good fitness value in the first step??
Let's say that the complexity is O(n),where n is the length of the chromosom,
the problem is actually really complex and the algorithm just generate some individu(one or may be two) with the hope it's fitness value is high enough than other individu.
