Heres my question:
1. What do I Need to create a Bot like A.L.I.C.E?
2. Does it Integrated with some Database?
3. I need some tutorial for my reference, did you have it?
4. I'd like to create it on C#..
Sorry for to much asking, i am new in this forum.. :)

This is my goal, too. I'm writing a program designed to turn natural language text into an organized database, and to be able to compose summaries of the "important" points in what it reads. ("Important" being determined by the organization of the text matched against previous experience.) I feel like this is a necessary first step in a chatbot that can interact realistically with people.
I didn't realize how difficult every stage of the process is. Just developing the parser has required much more ingenuity and thought than I had anticipated. But it is a fun hobby.
