Since I can't utilize algorithms that are already used to solve KD due to University policy, I should extend my study in order for it to be accepted. In this regard, would it be possible to use CBR(Case Based Reasoning) to reduce FRR(Failure Rejection Rate)?
Should I leave this study and start a new one?
If you have an idea of an unused algorithm fitted to solve KD, please inform me...
Thank you in advance...
